Kendall

SOLO EXHIBITION STARTING SUNDAY THE 2ND OF DECEMBER 2007 THROUGH TO SUNDAY 16TH OF DECEMBER 2007.
Travelling the globe, in a blaze of colour and character, with a style that is highly individualistic, Kendall is taking the art world by storm, with a technicoloured trail that leads back all the way to her home in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast.
Painting professionally for the past 14 years, Kendall decided to enter the export market 18 months ago and has travelled to South Korea, Singapore, Mumbai, Bangalore and New Delhi, exhibiting and painting live on location for Tourism Australia, Tourism Queensland and Austrade.
The sales of her artworks and her extreme art performance style so popular that she is already booked 12 months in advance, in the coming year she will be showcasing her works in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, London and Tennessee with an action plan in place to take her homewares to the four corners of the globe.
From humble beginnings and after being told at school that 'no one makes money out of art', Kendall is managing to etch out a niche in the art scene selling hundreds of paintings a year and creating a homewares range that is housed in Australia by major retail chains such as Myer, David Jones and Pillowtalk.
Kendalls paintings are already housed in public and private collections worldwide, she has already signed with a number of galleries in Singapore and India but is hoping to spread her wings further in the international gallery scene in 07 / 08. When asked why people seem to love her artworks whether they be paintings or homewares, Kendall replies "I think my paintings have a feel good factor, people by them because they make them feel happy and alive!"
As for me I absolutely love and am passionate about what I do, I'm always changing and evolving, I've always prided myself in being an innovator not an imitator. I create a quality product at a reasonable price, I keep my work diverse so there something for everyone. I never set out to be Rembrandt and I never ever take myself too seriously!!
