Kasey Sealy

 About Kasey Sealy Born 1961 in Forbes, New South Wales. Kasey Sealy began painting at the age of 17 and has painted professionally for the past 27 years. He had his first solo exhibition in 1980, followed by annual solo exhibitions in numerous galleries throughout Australia. He has had 6 solo exhibitions in England (Piano Nobile Gallery, London , between 1997 and 2005) and has painted in many overseas countries including UK, France, Italy, USA and New Zealand. Kasey has won numerous major art prizes including Camberwell Gold medal. In recent years, he has been commissioned by the American Australian Association to provide works which were presented as awards to Greg Norman, Andrew Liveris (president of Dow Chemical Co USA), and Paul Anderson (ex CEO BHP and present CEO of Duke Energy in America). Commissions for 2007 include Head of BHP & Head of Boeing Air USA. A hard covered book titled ‘The Art of Kasey Sealy’ was published in 1983 and Kasey has produced several instructional DVD’s. He contributes articles which are regularly published in art magazines and he is a respected tutor. Kasey is a member of a noted family of artists and his work is directly influenced by the impressionist style of painting.
